I am an experienced executive with over 25 years of leadership across various business sectors. I began career as a founder and manager of companies, expanding expertise from television and the hospitality industry to construction, renovation, property management, and energy infrastructure. For the past five years, I have been intensively consulting businesses—helping them develop ideas, shape strategies, establish companies, and support their growth. I currently serve as Director of the Panevėžys Real Estate Management Centre and lead the Lithuanian Business Women Network. My leadership style is based on clear goals, strategic thinking, and effective team leadership that drives long-term, sustainable business success.
