We are an adult continuing education center licensed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport, with over 20 years of experience.

We collaborate with the Employment Service (UŽT) and employers in the insurance industry: insurers and insurance brokers.

Our formal vocational training program, developed for UŽT clients with higher and university education, is unique in Lithuania. This module is intended for those who seek requalification or want to acquire new competencies in the field of insurance.

Target group
• Persons registered with the Employment Service with higher, advanced, or vocational education.
• Persons with a minor degree of disability.
• Mothers with small children.
• Persons aged 55+.

Advantages of our programs
• The program employs a team of 11 professional lecturers, 4 of whom are doctors of social sciences.
• The program is integrated with insurance industry employers, so interested parties cannot participate in training without the employer's consent to hire.
• The effectiveness of our training (2022-2023) reaches almost 80%. This means that most of the people who completed the program successfully work as insurance consultants after 6 months.

We are proud not only that we help reintegrate 'lost' people into the labor market, but also that we contribute to increasing financial literacy in Lithuania.
