On 11 November 2022, the annual conference “Entrepreneurial and Happy. Towards Sustainability”, organised by Kaunas BWN, took place at the amphitheatre of Kaunas Žalgiris Arena. The conference addressed sustainability topics.

The conference was dedicated to analysing sustainability topics, including how to create an environmentally friendly business, implement social responsibility, manage a sustainable business, and how to ensure synergy between environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance within a company.

The 2022 conference was moderated by Deimantė Mitkuvienė, Quality and Process Management Partner, Head of DMCONSULTING, and a member of the Kaunas Business Women’s Network Council.

Speakers:

• Lina Šleinotaitė-Kalėdė – Regenerative business, sustainability and environmental expert, system change and living organisations facilitator, Head of UAB Ekokonsultacijos;
• Rima Vanagė – Organisational development, psychology expert, Associate Professor of Partnership at VU;
• Giedrius Bučas – Founder of the social initiative ‘Kūrybos Kampas 360’, Head of the VšĮ Už švarią Lietuvą, and laureate of the environmental award of the President of the Republic of Lithuania V. Adamkus.
