In 2024, more than 1,000 women from over 70 countries participated in the Global Summit of Women in Madrid. For the second consecutive year, the Lithuanian BWN delegation participated in the Summit as a full member. Additionally, LBWN member Laura Kaziukonienė, founder of SuperGarden, shared her experiences at the Business Women’s Forum alongside representatives from the USA, Turkey, and Italy.

The Global Summit of Women was conceived as a place where all sectors—public, private, and non-profit—come together for a common purpose: to expand women’s economic opportunities worldwide, exchanging effective solutions and creative strategies developed by women leaders from different countries around the world. The Summit aims to advance women in the global economy and has been bringing together women from across the world for over 30 years.
