Lithuania is one of the fastest-aging societies in Europe, and the 50+ group faces various challenges that affect their quality of life, work, well-being, socialisation, learning, health, and physical activity. The issue of aging and the creation and maintenance of an age-friendly environment encouraged 8 LBWN members to launch the ‘50+ ARE WELCOME’ initiative in 2021.
