On 9 November 2017, the first conference ‘Formula: Entrepreneurial and Happy’, organised by Kaunas BWN, took place in the Bosca amphitheatre of Kaunas Žalgiris Arena. The conference was dedicated to active women seeking self-realisation in business and those who want to start a business, as well as women taking their first steps in business.

The conference aimed to encourage women to start their businesses, inspire them, and engage in discussions about market opportunities.

The conference focused on the starting point. How do you find your uniqueness in the market? How to build a reliable team to implement a business idea and find financial resources? Can I truly be a business woman?

While there is no single formula that works for everyone, there is certainly an algorithm! The conference aimed to demonstrate how to start and successfully develop a business through practical examples.
