On 25 November 2021, the annual conference ‘Entrepreneurial and Happy in Community’, organised by Kaunas BWN, took place at the amphitheatre of Kaunas Žalgiris Arena. This conference was dedicated to the topic of community, its importance in business and women’s personal lives.

The conference focused on the topics of community and networking and their importance for both business and personal development: how to establish connections, nurture them, maintain quality and valuable relationships, and the impact of community on emotional competence and happiness.

During workshops, business women tested and experienced how our social connections, relationships, and communion with others and ourselves can make a difference and influence decisions, as well as create value for both business and ourselves.

The 2021 conference was moderated by Fausta Šeputytė, Head of the Lithuanian Business Women’s Network, Director General of UAB Metga.

Speakers:

• Rima Vanagė – Expert in organisation development and psychology, Associate Professor of Partnership at VU;
• Ramunė Kasparavičienė – Consultant at Triple O Consulting, co-founder of women’s networking clubs at start4networking;
• Prof. Dianne H.B. Welsh – Professor at the University of North Carolina.
