On 10 November 2023, the annual conference ‘Entrepreneurial and Happy. Yes or No to Artificial Intelligence?’, organised by Kaunas BWN, took place at the amphitheatre of Kaunas Žalgiris Arena. This conference was dedicated to artificial intelligence.’
What are the benefits and risks of artificial intelligence in business? When and how do digital tools contribute to business management and process optimisation, and when can their use pose risks? When should we say ‘yes’ and when should we say ‘no’ to artificial intelligence? This was the topic discussed during the conference.
The 2023 conference was moderated by Deimantė Mitkuvienė, Quality and Process Management Partner, Head of DMCONSULTING, and a member of the Kaunas Business Women’s Network Council. Erika Kuročkina, the Vice-Minister of the Economy and Innovation at LR Ministry, gave the welcoming speech.

- MINDAUGAS MAŽEIKA – Co-founder of the VAIVA.ai agency;
- Dr. AUSTĖJA LANDSBERGIENĖ – Educologist, founder of the largest network of pre-school education institutions in the Baltic States, Vaikystės sodas, and founder of the Queen Morta School;
- Dr. KĘSTUTIS SKAUMINAS – neurosurgeon, Medical Director of UAB Eglės sanatorija;
- RASA BALTĖ BALČIŪNIENĖ – Business psychologist and consultant for mindset and performance change, founder of HAI Institute.
