Annual practical conference in Kaunas aimed at promoting women’s entrepreneurship and leadership.

The 8th conference, ‘Entrepreneurial and Happy. Are You Secure?’ organised by Kaunas BWN, took place on 8 November 2024. This year the conference is dedicated to the topic of security: how to feel secure in business and personally? The subject of security was explored from the economic, psychological, legal, financial, personnel diversity, cyber security and other aspects.

Business women and managers face many challenges related to ensuring security in both their business and personal lives. The conference explored how to create a secure environment for ourselves, our employees, and our business partners, and how security impacts our happiness and business sustainability. The 2024 conference was moderated by journalist and TV host Živilė Kropaitė-Basiulė. The Minister of Economy and Innovation, Aušrinė Armonaitė, was interviewed and shared her experience.

• Monika Baravykė – Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Vinted, board member of the Lithuanian Diversity Charter Association, and co-founder of an inclusive job search platform;
• Edita Pulakuninkė – Head of Squalio Lithuania
